Migration (legal and illegal) issues
Immigration/illegals/refugees
I am against open borders (except as noted below) , too much mass migration and in general immigrants coming to the US illegally
Immigration should be designed around the fiscal interests of the American people and especially Americans at the bottom of the labor market
Migration (including illegal/refugee and asylum) restrictions are an issue for me and not something I am crazy about due to my libertarian views. Restricting migration is big government and being lax on migration is small government the latter of which aligns with my libertarian views.
As such, I strongly prefer for the US to implement the Labour Party UK type of ‘open borders’(since it isn't natural for people to have to go through a bureaucratic process to move to another country, borders didn't exist until modern times). Ideally, with the above migration policy, we would set up a system where this wouldn't cause migration chaos (I honestly don't believe that with those policies there would be anywhere near that many migrants moving to the US each year) But if we can’t or won’t implement the Labour Party UK type of ‘open borders’ , then I want us to do the following, implement my type of strong borders
My type of strong borders are based on three components
One of those components is Indirect cosmopolitan
Wealthy liberal countries like the US having my type of strong borders, allows the US to spend less money and resources on migration things and more money and resources spent for building and maintaining international institutions which the US can use to help the world's poor to live better lives and to build those other countries up.
Denying the US a right to have my type of strong border and thus be able to build up and use more money and resources to help poor people in second or third world countries undermines their prospects for constructing bigger and international mechanism which would in turn provide the best long term odds of improving the lives of many of the world's poorest citizens .
Moreover, this would encourage more migrants to the US to apply for asylum status. If migrants want to come to the US if we have my type of strong borders but have a harder time doing so, they can use counter economic methods to get into the US (and they'd be encouraged by NGOs to do so to get around the closed border) see this for more https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/immigration/#IndCos (but replace closed border with my type of strong border)
With my type of strong borders, the US would spend more money and resources building and maintaining international institutions to help the world's poor to live better lives and to build those other countries up.
The US would be constructing a bigger and international mechanism which would in turn provide the best long term odds of improving the lives of many of the world's poorest citizens in second and third world countries .
If under my type of strong border system the advantages of the US operating big international institutions that help the poorest citizens in second and third world countries were outweighed by the disadvantages of my type of strong border system, then I would scrap my strong border system and have light borders (light borders means borders that are as progressive as Gavin Newsom’s border policies that are fused with Liberal Democrats UK border system and platform)
But at the same time with these light borders, the US would expand the Guest Worker Program where the Guest Worker Program is fused with the Action Z program and a Truck Wage-Company Store-Counter Economics program (including Cryptocurrency, bonds, stocks etc) to replace the current Guest Worker Program
With my light border system, the US would push for the creation of a Refugee Nation while legal and illegal immigrants already in the US would be gently encouraged and incentivized by NGOS and indirectly by the government to assimilate/integrate like the Jews in France assimilated/integrates according to The Jews of Modern France book by Paula Hyman
The deportation system in this light border system would be as progressive as Gavin Newsom’s deportation system that is fused with Liberal Democrats UK deportation system and platform
Back to the components for my type of strong borders
I think Michael Walzer's White Australia has interesting arguments, but for my type of strong borders, NOT for closed borders as he wrote since I am anti closed borders
I believe his arguments for my type of strong borders are misguided but I can't find where or how his arguments goes off the tracks, hence why I support my type of strong borders (but not closed borders)
The other component of my types of strong borders is to fix the issues of potential Cultural reverse imperialism (I am an anti imperialist).
Too much inbound illegal migrants to the US (and even legal if it is extremely more than on average) could be a cause of concern. Cultural reverse imperialism/colonialism as stated above is like if the US in the 21st century restarted imperialism/colonialism by invading other countries to Americanize them like they did to the Philippines in the US-Philippine war. I'd be against the latter so it's natural I'd want by type of strong border I write in this blog to help fix that. Cultural reverse imperialism/colonialism breeds cultural appropriation.
I am not against Cultural reverse imperialism/colonialism, I support Alter Cultural reverse imperialism/colonialism (i.e my type of strong borders but only if the US can’t or won’t implement the Labour party UK’s type of ‘open borders’ in the US like I strongly prefer)
But with my type of strong borders, the borders wouldn’t be totally closed, they would be strong in my type of way as I outline below:
In this stronger borders system, the US would send migration officials, psychologists and cultural officials from Central America and Mexico to the other side of the border where would be illegal immigrants pile up to ,and then proceed to have said migration officials, psychologists and cultural officials go amongst the hoards of would be illegal immigrants with questionnaires, lie detectors etc to specifically find illegals who meet all of the below criteria:
1)Would not have been put in prison if Alvin Bragg was DA in their district in their previous country
2) Are not terrorists
3) Patriotic in their previous country and or are Americaphiles or Europhiles
4) Won’t be exploited to vote Democrat or Republican by Democrats or Republicans
5) Won't create chain migrations to the US if they lived here
6) Contributed to their previous country for years
Then if those would be illegals meet all of the above criteria (though it would be a lot easier for them to meet all of the above criteria than it would have been if this system was in place in the US for all would be illegal immigrants from the mid 19th century to the 1920s), the border officials would then do the following
They would encourage those particular illegals at the border, not to cross the border illegally but instead apply for legal citizenship to the US under the same exact legal migration system that the US had from the mid to late 19th century to the 1920s (but this throwback legal migration system would only be used for them and not for illegals who didn't meet all of the above criteria or who came her legally ,as refugees or under asylum and the illegals would be given the tools to apply from the border personnel above) .
In the above system, I'd also have the US implement the Grenze 2000 plan (detailed here) to have sensors and detectors replace the entire current US-Mexico barrier.
That plan would automate and digitise the whole border control process . There'd be no required physical card indexes and no guards would be required at passport control.
The Visas, access rights and other things would all be completed by a centrally networked PC. This system would include radio beacons, vibration detectors, infrared barriers, electrical surge protectors, and radio frequency reconnaissance equipment.
For illegal immigrants already in the US, they would either need to meet at least 2 or more of these conditions below:
1) Lived in the United States for at least five years and were under the age of 16 at the time of entry,
2) Have graduated from high school or have been accepted to a college or institution of higher education,
3) Have good moral character
4) Are not deportable on account of a criminal conviction, alien smuggling or document fraud.”
or meet some conditions from a modified version of the 2001 Dreamers Act that is modified by Republicans , who after being convinced by this article, create a Left Wing version of that 2001 Dreamers Act
If they meet the above conditions as mentioned above, then they would either have to meet 1 (though possibly 2) requirements below for said illegal immigrants to be put on their path to obtain citizenship :
5) Obtain a diploma from a junior college or trade school
6 Complete at least two years of a bachelor's or graduate program;
7) Join the Armed Forces and if discharged, be honorably discharged; or perform part or full-time volunteer community service under the direction of the USA Freedom Corps or with an entity eligible to receive funds from the Combined Federal Campaign.
8) Demonstrate both a compelling reason why they cannot meet the requirements, and exceptional and extremely unusual hardship if they were removed from the United States. would be able to apply for a path to citizenship
or they would have to meet a few requirements from a modified version of the 2001 Dreamers Act that is modified by Republicans , who after being convinced by this article, create a Left Wing version of that 2001 Dreamers Act to be put on their path to obtain citizenship
If illegal immigrants don’t meet the conditions of 1) or 2) (or adjacent criteria in the Republican Left Wing amended 2001 Dreamers Act) in the first condition lists above the above requirement list but meet 2 or more requirements below:
1) Have been living in the US for many decades and who have at least somewhat assimilated (ie became Americans)
2) Have contributed greatly to our country and or have served in our military.
3) Have no criminal record
4) Are currently working (in an important or impactful job) or retired.
5) became illegal in the first place ONLY due to either not extending their visas, green cards or guest worker documents (including college visa) if it would have been reasonably within their means back then to do so and become legal
6) Would be willing to be incentivized to have dual citizenship with their previous county
7) Can demonstrate both a compelling reason why they cannot meet the requirements, and exceptional and extremely unusual hardship if they were removed from the United States.
then they might be eligible for a type of ‘Amnesty’ that takes a Radically Centrist version of the of the Dignity Proposal and has the 1980s Ronald Reagan modify that Radically Centrist version of the of the Dignity Proposal with input from a Destiny inspired Nick Fuentes
If illegals don’t meet the correct conditions above, they would be allowed to stay in the US but be heavily and paternalistically nudged by the government to put themselves into a system that fuses a very progressive LPR visa program with an updated feudal vassalage system wherever they are living in the US (or if they had to move for this work, there would be CRT inspired housing for them wherever they move to take the financial burden from them)
This vassalage system would be like the one in Medieval Europe but updated and fused with a very progressive LPR visa program
Eventually the illegals would earn a green card after many years of being vassals with an eye to eventual permanent citizenship
But if there was a way for said illegal immigrants who don’t meet any of my criteria above and who refuse as a last resort to Live together assimilate or bicultrualize then I support self deportation for them but ONLY if it would be as easy for them to move back to the US and become legal than it would be for other migrants (i.e a system where those illegals who moved back to their home countries due to self deportation are able to blur the line between being refugees and migrant workers when they move back to the US to make the migration system a little more flexible)
The US should build a full border barrier with its border with Mexico that is similar to Hungary's border barrier, only if it can be affordable and be built in a way that doesn’t offend illegal immigrants.
Since Europe is already big government for the foreseeable future ,I take a European center right wing position on the European Migrant crisis (migrants/refugees/illegals). At the very least, even though those migrants and refugees aren't doing more crime per say than legal citizens in Europe, they aren't stopping crime either
However, I view a few of the relatively rare migrant criminals, refugee criminals and illegal immigrant criminals in Europe as Sympathetic Anti Villains with Blue and Orange Morality (like the ones in Sweden) . Maybe this is for Left Acceleration reasons (to make Europe become more pro migrant but in my type of way) or because I don't think those migrants and refugees know better.
I do believe that the rare bad apple migrants, refugees and illegals in Europe should be pushed to join youth centers or to join YMCAs or similar community organizations to intergrate themselves and connect with people instead of doing criminal acts to people.
Many of those criminal migrants and refugees in Europe should do rap battles, MMA, religious debating, becoming activists or politicians to inspire change, military service, and similar positive things instead of felony or terrorist acts.
Despite that view, I want every migrant, refugee and illegal immigrant to be peaceful and possibly be peacekeepers in their communities. I am glad Sweden deports and then permenantly bans terrorists from going back their country after they are out of prison .
Churches shouldn't snitch on illegal immigrants
I am against Joe Biden flying in illegal migrants covertly in the middle of the night even if it softens his image on travel bans
Illegal immigrants and refugees don't commit more or less crime/violent crime than legal citizens.
I believe that migrants to the US should learn English
Immigrants can move to Japan but they can't become Japanese, immigrants can move to Turkey but they can't become Turkish but immigrants can move to America and be American. Any viewpoint to the right of the above viewpoint is unacceptable
I am against illegal immigrants getting free health care
I am against NAFTA
I support the type of Brexit that Boris Johnson supported
I am a Euroskeptic
