Ayn Rand stage economic liberalism are Ayn Rand economically liberal free markets (similar to AnCap markets) outside of a few select or key industries in the global exports sector or primitive sector of the dual economy which would be either state owned or state managed and either as private companies with the government as the sole or major shareholder (and or stakeholder), government companies competing with private companies in those few select or key industries in the global exports sector or primitive sector of the dual economy or where through sovereign wealth funds, the government invests in certain industries in the global exports sector or primitive sector of the dual economy and uses those investments to build up savings.
